Years later, Siri brought those cherished flavors to Michigan, where she opened her first restaurant, Kacha Thai Market, in downtown Royal Oak. More than just a place to eat, Kacha became a hidden gem where guests discovered the heart of home-style Thai cuisine: honest, handcrafted, and made with love. From scratch-made dishes to locally sourced ingredients, Chef Siri’s dedication to authenticity turned first-time visitors into loyal regulars.
Guests began asking for the signature sauces that made her dishes unforgettable—especially the creamy, citrusy Thai Zesty Mayo and the bold, savory Magic Stir-Fry Sauce. Inspired by their enthusiasm and driven by a desire to share authentic Thai flavors beyond her kitchen, Siri launched Siri One Food—a line of sauces rooted in the same care, heritage, and integrity passed down from her grandmother.
Building the brand from the ground up wasn’t easy. Siri personally oversaw every detail—from sourcing quality ingredients and ensuring shelf stability to designing packaging that reflects Thai culture with elegance and pride. She refused to cut corners. No shortcuts. No artificial flavors. Just authentic Thai taste—bold, balanced, and beautifully made.
Soon, Siri One Food began gaining attention. From local food festivals and live cooking demos at Meijer headquarters to representing Thai cuisine as a featured VIP vendor at the LPGA tournament, Chef Siri and her sauces started turning heads—and winning hearts.
